猫亦如此，再成天抱怨生活真的连猫都不如了？

 

超级BOSS老郑说：SAP是一个国际化大公司的标准，很多客户只要听到SAP的名字，就会来买制造商的东西

SAP项目BOSS说：Until now, we can run sap smoothly and peacefully in our company

我们老大在SAP go-alive前的一周对大家说：谁不想干可以马上走人！

老安说：It's nomal, everybody can make mistake.

很多同事说：SAP是狗屎。

数字：

SAP中国项目计划投资1200万人民币，截至到上周palm老大开会时，共用掉人民币2300万，超支近一倍。

SAP中国项目共来了超过60名老外，很多人是多次来中国，如果计算人次，数量超过100人次。

项目组在上海松江最好的四星酒店安排了50间/每天的住房，每间住房的价格在1588-2088不等。
我也卷起铺盖，去住了7天，现在对那里的早餐是万分怀念啊！

SAP让公司sales, wp, production, design, logistic, warehouse, finance, 等近十个部门的近100名员工在2周之类每人加班超过50小时。也就是说SAP加班消耗的人力超过4000小时。本人累计到昨天，共加班76小时，寒。

Design的支持一共有5名German：没有老大架子的KP，开朗的andy，闷骚的nickel，实干的tino，很帅的micheal

Design在sap go-alive期间，共处理了304个special order BOM，转换standard物料超过2万个，转换special物料超过4000个，转换standard BOM超过500个，创建routing超过400组，制作对照表超过1500项
如果所有这些可以在以后转换为成品销售出去，估算将至少给公司带来超过200万的利润收入。（仅仅两周）
而设计部除了加班费之外，得到的SAP项目奖金是0

SAP中国user数量是200个左右，和员工比例是3：1左右；key-user数量30个左右，我有幸成为其中一员，嘻嘻嘻嘻

 

SAP注定成为上班刚一年的我的职业生涯中很重要的里程碑

在go-alive“成功”运行10天之际，在这个日记的角落里，对以下的人们，献上仅代表自己的感谢：
KP - for your great help and support to C&D, and for your powerful decisions.
Andy - for your funny jokes, and your professional training to our dept.
Tino - for your kindly help and exact correction.
Dieak Friz -  for your patient teaching to me at the first time.
老安 - for your patient attitude to Chinese people. To be honest, I'll be crazy if i was in your position.
Andelkap - for your help to C&D at the most emergent time.
Sophie - for your connection work between us and Orbis
Eric - for your understanding when design is out of thinking
沈工 - for your help at 11st Nov night, I was realy lost myself that night, so did every design people. If you didn't make that decision, I don't think design can go through that hardest time.

Miss Ding from inside-sales, Mr. He from WP, David from IT, you're really nice people and nice worker, It's my pleasure to work with you guys.

And also thanks for Max, Lerry, Jimmy, Lisa, I belive we do our best for SAP project from Design side.
